It does not constitute a solicitation and responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Agency and Location Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Oakdale 1507 East Whatley Road, Oakdale, LA 71463 2. Purpose FCC Oakdale seeks to identify capable contractors able to furnish and deliver air?cooled chillers, centrifugal pumps, and provide manufacturer?certified start?up services. Installation will be performed by FCC Oakdale HVAC staff. 3. Required Equipment and Salient Characteristics All equipment must be new, meet all Federal, State, and local codes, and conform to the salient characteristics below. Centrifugal Pumps (All pumps Bell & Gossett Series 1510 or equal.) 1. Pump Set A Quantity: Ten (10) Salient Characteristics: � 8" impeller � 150 GPM � 100 ft head � 5 HP � 230�460V � 2�" discharge � 3" suction 2. Pump Set B Quantity: Nine (9) Salient Characteristics: � 8" impeller � 150 GPM � 100 ft head � 5 HP � 230�460V � 2" discharge � 2�" suction C. Chiller Start?Up Services Following in?house installation, the contractor shall provide a certified manufacturer�s representative to perform initial start?up of all chillers. 4. Delivery Requirements Contractor shall: � Verify quantities prior to shipment � Provide factory?supplied components, controls, and accessories � Deliver all equipment to FCC Oakdale � Provide manufacturer product data, installation requirements, and warranty materials � Coordinate delivery with the Government � Deliver equipment new and free of damage � Complete delivery within 270 days after contract award 5.
