This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Technical Requirements -Access to a national college and career readiness platform reaching a significant percentage of U.S. high school students. -Ability to engage students within their school curriculum through an established network of high schools and high school counselors. -A tool for scheduling and managing in-school events and visits with counselors. -A customizable online profile to showcase opportunities with unique photos, videos, links, and mission-specific content. Digital Lead Generation and Data Services: -A military-focused online portal that guides prospective candidates through career pathways and personalized service journeys. -Access to a database of individuals within Washington who have expressed interest in military service. -Advanced data segmentation capabilities, allowing for targeting based on demographics, location, interests, and behavior. -Comprehensive data verification services, including validation of names, email addresses, and physical mailing addresses, as well as filtering for fraudulent or inappropriate submissions. In-School Digital Advertising: -A network of digital "billboards" placed in high-traffic areas within high schools (such as entryways and counselor offices) to display career-focused content to students throughout the school day. Direct Mail Marketing: -Targeted direct mail campaigns aimed at specific individuals identified through lead generation platforms. -End-to-end campaign management, including creative design and development. -Performance tracking for all marketing interactions to measure return on investment.
