Notice of Solicitation Cancellation for NIH Professional, Scientific and Technical Support Services

The purpose of the proposed contract is to provide scientific and professional expertise to support NIH's current and emerging research priorities. Support includes specialized scientific expertise related to basic, translational and clinical research; vaccine research and development; general laboratory research at BSL-2, -3, and -4; veterinary and scientific research in ABSL-2, -3 and -4 environments; and bioinformatics and computational biology. Amendment 001: Provides clarification regarding the status of a prior solicitation for this requirement. Amendment 002: Provides clarification regarding the status of a prior solicitation for this requirement. Amendment 003: Provides responses to potential offerors RFP questions and extends the proposal due date to May 4, 2026 at 3:00pm ET. Amendment 004: Provides responses to potential offerors RFP questions, revise Attachment 10, and extend the proposal due date to May 8, 2026 at 3:00pm ET. Amendment 005: Provides responses to potential offerors RFP questions, and to correct the Proposal Due Date/Time. Amendment 006: Provides responses to potential offerors RFP questions, and to provide clarity regarding Attachment 10. Amendment 007: Provides additional clarification regarding Attachment 10. Amendment 008: Provides responses and address an additional question pertaining to RFP #75N98026R00042 and to provide clarity regarding Attachment 5, page 147 and Attachment 10 - Table of Labor Rates and Unit Prices. Additionally, Attachment 10 has been revised to adjust quantity of labor hours. Please see attachment titled �Amendment 8, Attachment 10.� Amendment 009: In light of a recent protest decision, the agency is canceling this solicitation and re-evaluating the acquisition strategy. This is a Cancellation Notice of RFP 75N98026R00042. No response is required from vendors in connection with this cancellation notice.
