NAVSUP WSS intends to issue a 5 year BOA for repair of the following NSNs in support of various repair components of the Lube Oil Purification System manufactured and repaired by ALFA-LAVAL, INC, CAGE 6K044. NSN 7H 4330 012588114 PURIFIER,CENTRIFUGA P/N A-2902-65N-01 NSN 7H 4330 012084990 BOWL ASSEMBLY P/N 528123-81 NSN 7H 4330 012354265 BOWL ASSEMBLY P/N 871344380 NSN 7H 4330 011503953 PURIFIER, CENTRIFUGA P/N E-8709487 NSN 7H 4930 002185956 BOWL ASSEMBLY P/N AE2023-29 NSN 7H 4330 014254236 PURIFIER, CENTRIFUGA P/N 55N03/A-2902 The Government physically does not have in its possession, sufficient, accurate or legible data to repair these parts from other than the current source. Only the source previously approved by the Government for this item has been solicited. The subject item requires Government source approval prior to award, and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such than an award can not be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with your proposal the information detailed in https://www.neco.navy.mil/sar.aspx NAVSUP source approval request at www.navsup.navy.mil. If your request for source approval is currently being evaluated at NAVSUP WSS, submit with your offer a copy of the cover letter which was forwarded with your request for source approval. If evaluation of a source approval request submitted can not be processed in time and/or approval requirements preclude the availability to obtain subject items in time to meet Government requirements, award of the subject requirement may continue based on fleet support needs.
