Therefore, each offer should contain the Offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to ask questions at any time during the evaluation of quotes, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Questions may be asked of some, all, or none of the Offerors to enhance Government understanding of quotes; allow reasonable interpretation of the quote; or facilitate the Government's evaluation process. 7. Sources and method

Figures on this page are computed from public federal award records. Numbers are never estimated or generated; where a figure is withheld, the reason is stated rather than filled in.

Comparable awards are scored on benchmark category, product and service code, industry code, buyer, place, recency, and contract type. Rubric version comparables@2026.08.1.

  1. 1Notice fields come from the SAM.gov contract opportunities record last seen Aug 29, 2026. SAM.gov remains authoritative.
  2. 2Computed from 4 completed federal awards using comparables@2026.08.1, as of Aug 12, 2026. Award values are neither unit prices nor a forecast.
  3. 3Only 4 comparable awards were found. The range describes those records, not the market.

Note 1 covers the solicitation record; note 2 covers the comparable range; note 3 describes sample size. No synthetic FAQ or inferred solicitation value is published.
