Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)

The purpose of Amendment 0005 to RFP W519TC26RA020 is to update Attachment 0006 - Government Answers to Industry RFIs and to update Section L, Paragraphs 2.2.1 and 2.5.3.11. Attachment 0006 has been updated to answer two timely, outstanding questions the Government had received and not yet answered, Questions 70 and 71. Section L, Paragraph 2.2.1 has been updated, providing guidance for submitting proposals in separate volumes if uploading a single consolidated file is not feasible due to file limitations when submitting proposals through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The proposal due date remains unchanged; proposals are due no later than 5:00pm CDT on July 2, 2026. As mentioned, applicable amendments have been made to the RFP, in Section L (Paragraphs 2.2.1 and 2.5.3.11). This amended version supersedes any previously posted versions. Any future amendments or updates will be posted to PIEE.
