Project Title: Renovate Imaging and Catheterization Lab 570 21 220 Fresno VA Medical Center Project Number: 570-21-220 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, seeks vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, project management, and specialized expertise required to perform the renovation of approximately 10,200 square feet of the Catheterization Lab located on the second floor of the East Wing at the Fresno VA Medical Center. Work includes relocation of existing ultrasound and fluoroscopy equipment to the renovated imaging suite; reconfiguration of radiology rooms, ultrasound rooms, patient restroom, staff work areas, communications and electrical rooms; construction of a new ultrasound room; and full Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work for all new and renovated spaces, including new finishes and the removal and installation of walls, floors, ceilings, lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The period of performance (PoP) is 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the due date proposals are due to Tuesday July 14, 2026 at 10:00am (PT) and to attach the site visit sign-in sheet. Purpose of Amendment 0002 to extend the due date of proposals on page 1, block 13a. of the SF1442 to Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 4:00PM(PT), Adds Responses to RFIs, Adds a Partial Brand Name JA for Custom York SHU, Adds 28 documents (Appendices/drawings/specifications), Adds Clauses: 52.212-4 and VA Specific Special Contract Clause, Payments under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts, and removes clauses 52.232-5, 52.249-2,52.249-10. Purpose of Amendment 0003 is to Add RFI Responses Part II, and add correctly labeled five (5) Shielding Reports only. Purpose of Amendment 0004 is to Extend Proposal Due Date to July 29, 2026, at 3:00pm(PT) and update and add updated Wage Determination CA20260018 dated July 14, 2026. No other changes, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
