Amended and effective Tuesday, March 5th, 2019: Offerors who wish to visit the specific site on Fort Jackson where the services will be provided, an opportunity will be provided on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST. Please forward your request to participate to Contract Specialist Dora Johnson by email at Dora.Johnson@hq.dodea.edu by 12:00 PM EST on Friday, March 8, 2019 and your reservation will be confirmed by a return email. Offerors participating in the site vist will be escorted by DoDEA staff at all times after being met at the Pass and ID Office on base. In addition, potential offerors have submitted questions regarding the solicitation, and both submitted questions and respective answers follow: 1. Is there a frequency requirement of services or is the contract performance based? NO 2. The areas that require mulch and undying fabric, are these area presently with fabric or does fabric have to be added? NO 3. Are there requirements for fertilization of the property? NO 4.
