Solicitation 191NLE26R0067 - INL Haiti Freight Forwarding and Warehousing The Department of State Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has a requirement to provide freight forwarding services for the Office of Western Hemisphere (WHP), in support of the Gang Suppression Force (GSF) mission in Haiti in accordance with Section C - Description/Specifications/Work Statement and the Exhibits contained in Section J of this contract.
