This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding W519TC-26-R-Q1DS for the Repair Quarters 1 Driveways and Sidewalks project on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois. This requirement will be a 100% total small business set-aside. NAICS - 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction Service Code - Z2PC - Other Utilities This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forthcoming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. The scope of this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment and material to fully grade and pave a new parking lot and repave the existing driveways and sidewalks around Quarters 1. The project also includes installing a new storm sewer system to improve drainage around the existing house. The project is located at the historic Quarters 1 mansion located on Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois.
