Call to Industry: Commercial Software RFI Background The Army is currently leveraging several enterprise contracts with leading commercial providers and actively seeking to identify and engage additional commercial companies to further enhance Army enterprise capabilities. The Enterprise Contract is the most cost-effective and efficient solution to address administrative, financial, and operational costs and establish a single IDIQ contract vehicle for all future needs, avoiding the complexities and overhead of multiple individual contracts. The Army remains committed to rigorously assessing contract requirements and driving robust competition�ensuring that innovative solutions and exceptional value are consistently delivered for both the government and the American taxpayer. Strategic sourcing through company direct enterprise contracts helps to ensure users are not overbuying on capacity and/or duplicating purchases unnecessarily, ensuring efficient spending and accelerating the delivery of proven commercial software to warfighters. This approach reduces administrative costs through volume-based buying while also removing contract and reseller passthrough fees. Utilizing enterprise contracts allows the Army to strengthen military readiness, improve operational efficiency, and deliver substantial cost savings across the enterprise. Response Guidelines Respond to this RFI by answering the below: Are you currently selling your commercial product to the government through multiple contracts/transactions (sub or prime, reseller partnerships or other indirect methods)? If yes, please reply with list of contract/agreement numbers (include credit card transactions) in Attachment 1.
