The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. A Site Visit wil be conducted on 6 August 2026 at 1000. This site visit will be held at 203 Redhorse Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit and must submit Visitors name, Drivers License number and state of issue, and citizenship to POCs three business days prior to the site visit.
