LCM 3D Printer

This Amendment (1) updates the estimated posting of the RFQ to �on or around February 9th 2026�. The Weapons and Energetics Department of Naval Air Weapons Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake intends to seek sources for a lithography-based ceramic manufacturing (LCM) multi-material 3D printer in support of current and future capability for ceramic-based composite materials research, development, testing, processing, and production. The LCM 3D printer will produce ceramic composite test articles and small-scale proof of concept parts. This printer shall be a standalone, enclosed printer unit having two interior rotating vats, a route for material dispersion and cleaning, an integrated build platform, an integrated light source, relevant print file preparation software, and integrated GUI controls. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or around February 9th 2026 Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
