The revised CLIN structure enforces a uniform pricing model, funding exactly ten (10) active placements at award while incorporating five (5) alternates as unfunded, pre-approved substitutes.C. Standardized Timeline: The anticipated period of performance is 365 days and is broken down in the three phases detailed below: Contract Award 30 days for Creative and Production Phase during which the following will occur: Post-Award Materials Furnished Vendor Submits Draft Artwork (No later than 14 Days Post-Award) Government Reviews and Approves Artwork (Within 5 Days) Vendor Fabricates, Ships, and Installs Assets (Within 10 Days) *If school coordination fails during this window, substitution is executed immediately* Active Campaign Phase Ads Active in all 10 Selected High Schools (11 Months) Monthly Proof of Performance and QR/App Analytics Reports DeliveredD. Indoor Static Display Classification: All static display banners are officially classified for indoor use. Banners must be fabricated using weatherproof, heavy-duty indoor-rated vinyl substrates and must utilize 6-inch-tall lettering.E. QR Code Integration: All physical and digital designs must incorporate a custom Government-provided QR code linking to the Aim High recruiting mobile application for engagement tracking.F. Q-As: Incorporates the official questions and answers directly into the solicitation package.G. Extend the RFQ deadline to 30 July 2026, 11 AM EST.Amendment 0001: Extends the response date to 29 July 2026 1100 AM EDT to allow the Government time to post the QA as well as updated RFQ criteria and then allow vendors time to provide updated quotes.
