The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Sediment Removal, Black Rock Lake, Thomaston, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to remove sediment and clear culverts within Black Rock Lake. Approximately 1,600 cubic yards (yd3) of material shall be removed and transported by the Contractor to an upland location within the Black Rock Lake property, for storage on Government property.
