This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SUPPLY CHAIN SECURITY / PROHIBITION ON CHINESE COMPONENTS: To meet minimum technical acceptability, all proposed hardware, equipment, and components (including sub-assemblies and microelectronics) must be fully compliant with NDAA Section 889. Items containing components manufactured, assembled, or sourced from the People's Republic of China (PRC) will not be accepted and will render the quote technically unacceptable. Offerors must certify the Country of Origin (COO) for all provided items.
