Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc.

The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to CleanWay Environmental Partners, Inc. (DBA ADS, Inc.) (CAGE Code 1CAY9) located at 621 Lynnhaven Pkwy STE 160, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23452-7383. The Government intends to negotiate solely with ADS, Inc. under the authority of FAR 12.102, only one source capable of meeting the Government requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 333310, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly show the ability of the firm to be responsive without compromising quality, accuracy, and reliability. Capability statements, comments, questions, or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Complete SAM registration means a registered UEI and CAGE Code.
