The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors for Patient Assisted Parking Services in support of the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center (113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208). The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about July 15, 2026, to be posted to https://www.sam.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
