This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Contractors who submit a quote must present a certificate as an authorized reseller of Quasonix equipment. Solicitation Number: FA930226Q0100 Requirement Description: This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for Quasonix brand-name telemetry equipment to support flight test activities at Edwards Air Force Base. The requirement will be processed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, restricting competition to authorized small business distributors of the following brand-name items: Item 1: Qty 1 ea, P/N: Part # QSX-RDMS-3R1D-E1-111-00-14-CS-EQ (RDMS Rack Mount Receiver) Item 2: Qty 1 ea, P/N: QSX-RXAN-3R1D-A1-1111-SW (RXAN Rack Mount Receiver Analyzer Solicitation Type: Request for Quote (RFQ). Regulation Status: This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulations Overhaul (RFO) 2026-1, R-DFARS Change 03/09/2026, and Class Deviation 2026-00015. Set-Aside & NAICS: This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing) with a corresponding size standard of 1,350 employees. Delivery: Required delivery is 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). FOB Destination to Edwards AFB, CA 93524.
