Also, to clarify that no site visit will be held. ___ The 156th Wing, at the Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotes conducted under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures for commercial services to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to safely excavate, remove, and replace three (3) failing main water distribution valves located at a depth of 4 to 7 feet on the installation. The project includes site preparation, excavation, valve installation, backfilling, and site restoration to maintain the integrity of the base water distribution system. Work shall be in accordance to drawings contained in the Statement of Works (SOW) incorporated in this solicitation. Contract completion time is 30 calendar days after receipt of contract to include inspection and punch lists. KEY SOLICITATION DETAILS: Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 332911 - Valves for water works and municipal water systems manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 750 Employees Magnitude of Construction: The Government's Target Price Range for this project is less than $25,000 Period of Performance (PoP): 30 Days after receipt of contract SITE VISIT INFORMATION: No site visit will be held for this solicitation. IMPORTANT BASE ACCESS NOTICE: Muniz Air National Guard Base is a secure Air Force installation. Access is controlled strictly by security forces. For those processing on-site, you must bring a valid state/federal ID, current vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance. Concealed carry, open carry, and personal firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited on the installation. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIs): Requests for Information shall be submitted on or before 2:00 PM AST on Aug 12, 2026, to the following email address: rafael.martinezrodriguez@us.af.mil. Information provided at the site visits, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
