Notice description

Note to Offerors: The solicitation is currently unfunded. However, should funding become available, some or all of the options MAY BE funded. See 52.232-18 Availability of Funds Clause within attached solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation factors for award within the attached solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial producs or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement consitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA468626QC010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Articulating Boom Lift and three (3) Scissor Lifts. This requirement supports the diverse mission sets of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing (9 RW) at Beale Air Force Base by ensuring the operational integrity of its critical ground infrastructure. The suite of lifts (one boom lift and three scissor lifts) will be utilized by the 9th CES to perform essential maintenance on facilities that are foundational to the base's mission, including aircraft hangars housing reconnaissance platforms, multi-story command and control facilities, radar towers vital for mission operations, and other key infrastructure. By enabling timely and safe maintenance at varying heights and complexities, this equipment indirectly ensures the readiness and long-term viability of the wing's primary weapon systems and support functions. This is a new requirement for the procurement of one (1) Articulating Boom Lift and three (3) Scissor Lifts. Please see attached Statement of Need and Solicitation for requirement specifications. Email all quotes to the Contracting Officer - SSgt Wyatt Lundgreen, wyatt.lundgreen@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist - SrA Cindy Kwan, cindy.kwan@us.af.mil.
