The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes itsintention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basiswith AFCEA. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:NAML 2026 Event Pre-planning labor and logistics: Includes pre-planning and logistical coordination to includeplanning meetings, site selection and contracting, budgeting, food and beverage, signage, floor planning,advertising, and related support.NAML 2026 A/V and hybrid Event capture, data analytics, on-site support (2 days), and virtual hostingNAML Marketing materials: Total includes banners, signage and printing and additional graphicsThe above items include AFCEA?s commercially available support of the 2026 Naval Applications in MachineLearning (NAML) Workshop hosted by NIWC Pacific.
