This notice is conducted in accordance with RFO Part 10 (Market Research) and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or solicitation. It does not represent any commitment by the Government to award a contract or pay for any costs associated with preparing or submitting responses to this announcement. No evaluation letters, feedback, or results will be issued to respondents. No telephone calls or inquiries requesting a bid package will be accepted, as a formal solicitation package does not currently exist. Responses are not considered official offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The United States Air Force has a potential requirement in support of Air Force Civil Engineer Center for a Leica Pegasus TRK700 Neo Mobile Mapping System (or Equal).
