Please adhere to the guidelines in Section 3 of the RFQ, fill out the necessary parts of the attached document, and forward it to the address specified in the Standard Form 1449 accompanying this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we reserve the right to conduct discussions with companies within the competitive range if needed. Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Denmark. It is essential to ensure compliance with all Danish regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country. Specifically, the Danish Tax authorities expect businesses to obtain a CVR number and fulfill tax obligations. You should review local laws before submitting a proposal. A pre-quotation conference is scheduled for December 12, 2025 at 13:00 (local time) at the Embassy of the United States of America, Dag Hammarskj�lds All� 24, 2100 Copenhagen O, Denmark. Interested offerors/quoters must provide a list of names of the participants via e-mail to CopenhagenContracts@state.gov with the subject line �19DA2026Q0002 MSG Cook Services� no later than 12:00 (local time) on December 10, 2025, to arrange access to the building. Prior notification is required for entry. Submit your electronic quotations with the subject �19DA2026Q0002 MSG Cook Services� to CopenhagenContracts@state.gov by January 8, 2026 at 12:00 (local time). The submission should be in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, not exceeding 30MB. If necessary, split larger files and send them in separate emails, each under 30MB. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing with the subject �19DA2026Q0002 MSG Cook Services� to CopenhagenContracts@state.gov by 17:00 (local time) on December 12, 2025.
