FA300225R0008 Amendment 0001 (17 July 2025) The following documents were updated for this amendment: - Solicitation Document (SF33) - Section L - Instructions Conditions and Notices to Offerors - Section M - Evaluation Criteria for Award - Section J Attachment 3.f ? PM Playbook 2025 (New Attachment) - CRM Spreadsheet All questions received have been responded to and resolved. Updates done to the above attachments are narrated in the CRM spreadsheet. Significant updates: - The PCO email in section L table L.2 was updated to kari.barnett@us.af.mil - Evaluation criteria has been updated to reflect acceptance of non-DoD Federal Contracts for relevancy ratings. - Revised Sections L.3.2.1.4, M.3.2.2.2.1, and M.3.2.2.2.2 requirement for the offeror to provide 2 PPI from the Prime to only 1 PPI required from the Prime out of the six (6) total PPI limit. - Revised Section L.3.2.1.2 - (CPARS do not count against the 42 Page Limitation). - Revised the RFP definition of recency as follows: at least 12 months of the efforts period of performance must have been performed during the past five (5) years from the date the offerors proposal was submitted. - Proposal due date of 05 August 2025 remains unchanged however the time is being corrected for consistency across all documents to reflect 5:00 PM CDT.
