BULK OXYGEN & TANK RENTAL This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for pricing. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charles George VA Medical Center, has a requirement for Bulk Oxygen & Tank Rental, located in Asheville, NC. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about June 24th, 2026. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 325120 - Industrial Gas Manufacturing, size standard of 1,200 employees. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and listed as verified in the SBA database, https://sba.gov/ All correspondence and responses shall be e-mailed to Harold McQuillia at harold.mcquillia@va.gov.
