Notice of Intent to Sole Source �805 CTS L3Harris Radios The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
