The following is a presolicitation notice to the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE), as required by FAR 12.201-1 (c)(2)(i). Content will be consistent with format of FAR 5.101 (c). The NAICS for this requirement is: 561210 � Facilities Support Services. The PSC for this requirement is: F103 � Environmental Systems Protection- Water Quality Support (4) Description. (i)The Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens requires water treatment services, including testing and treatment, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. High-level services include: Routine scheduled on site monthly visits. Testing Treatment of water Compliance with all safety, reporting, and documentation requirements See statement of work. (ii) The contract will be awarded based on the following evaluation factors: Price and Past Performance. Anticipated Award Date: September 1, 2026. (iii) N/A (iv) If technical data required to respond will not be furnished as part of the solicitation, identify where and how prospective offerors can obtain the data. Not applicable, technical data is not required to respond. (v) If an award of a construction contract to a small business is anticipated, include information about definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders (see part 36). Not appliable, this is not a construction contract. (vi) Include a statement that all responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
