PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT This amendment revises the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to update the Statement of Work (SOW), Detailed Item Descriptions, and CLIN structure to reflect performance-based requirements and ensure full and open competition. 2. DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES 2.1 Removal of Brand-Specific Requirements All references to specific manufacturer products, models, or proprietary technologies have been removed or revised. The Government will accept offers for products that meet or exceed the revised performance-based requirements. 2.2 Revised CLIN Structure All CLINs (0001 0019) have been rewritten to remove vendor-specific language and define requirements using performance-based criteria. 3. REVISED DOCUMENTS The following documents are updated and replace previous versions: - Statement of Work (SOW) - Detailed Item Descriptions / CLIN Structure 4. RESPONSE DATE Response date is extended to April 30, 2026 5. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their proposal submission. 6. ALL OTHER TERMS All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
