The solicitation closing date and time is extended to September 2, 2026, by 1600 Mountain Time. Amendment 0001 - Corrects the information in the Original Section L and M due to so typos and updated information regarding Evaluation Factors. The amendment incorporates updated Schedule-SOW-T&Cs, that must be used in response to solicitation unless otherwise amended. The Department of the Interior on Behalf of the National Park Service - Philadelphia Major Acquisition Business Office (MABO) has a requirement for Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park (FRSP) for pavement restriping and striping of multiple parking lots and crosswalks throughout FRSP. PROCUREMENT TYPE: Requirement is being solicited under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) - Simplified Acquisition Procedures under RFO FAR 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, which now includes Construction under RFO 36, as authorized by RFO FAR 12.200 (b). The requirement also includes original Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) that have not been implemented by the DOI under the RFO. Evaluation of quotes/offers will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR 12.203 and, the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process as defined in FAR 15.101-2 shall be used in the requirement as authorized by RFO FAR 12.203 (c)(3).
