NM MODEL FIELD VALIDATION

The Bureau of Land Management seeks to contract with a qualified contractor to conduct botanical surveys required for conformance to complete the New Mexico Field Validation to Refine Habitat Suitability Models for Decision Making. The resultant BPA Call will be made against the USDA - USFS Land Management Integrated Services BPA. The call will result in a firm-fixed-price Call. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price 7. Government Past Performance Systems including SAM.gov and CPARS.gov will be evaluated to support the determination of responsibility required per FAR 9.104-1. Instructions to Offerors: 1. Provide in your quotation in two parts: PART I (Non-price factors) PART II (Pricing Proposal). There are no specific limitations on proposals. 2.
